Lose The Toxins – Lose The Weight

Friday, July 18, 2008

In most of our ongoing struggle to loose weight, we become depressed, sad, and feel like we have failed in are mission to do so. And then on top of that, we look in the mirror, and we still are fat! I mean come on! If you are like me, then you tried every single freaking diet out there, and you are just fed up at this point. So sometimes there is nothing left to do but to just cry, or to “binge eat” in order to make us feel better. Well did you know that part or your diet failures have to do with the toxins in your body? Yes toxins.

Many, many, many, years ago, (B.C) when un pasteurized foods walked the earth, our food was grown from the land. We had real whole grains, real fruit (yes, real fruit), real vegetables, and other foods that kept us from getting overweight, depressed, moody, and constipated! Did you know that you are supposed to make a bowl movement 30 minutes after each meal that you eat? Most of us don’t make a bowl movement for an entire week. And when we finally do, it is only one time that week! That is not good folks. When we make a bowl movement, it allows us to release the toxins that are stored in our body’s from the food we eat, or general everyday life.

For example: The average American eats’ McDonald’s at least 3-4 times a week. Most of McDonald’s food’s are not good for you ex; The “Big Mac” meal, and please don’t let me talk about super sizing your meal. Now I know what you are going to say; “We know that some McDonald’s food’s are not good for us” But it is more to it than that people. We are talking about real vs. un real. Our bodies are programmed to digest natural, healthy, and organic foods such as vegetables, fruit, green vegetables, herbs, fish, etc. But instead, we have been ingesting man made food’s such as soda, chips, cookies, white bread (yes bread), saturated fats, and high fructose corn syrup(if you see that ingredient in any of your food, run!). Our bodies are not use to these foods, which in return causes us to become constipated which results in us not releasing the toxins from our bodies. And then becoming moody, overweight, and depressed.

This is why it is very important for us to detox our bodies before going on any kind of diet. For one, it get’s our diet up to a great start, and two, once you finish the detox, you will fell happier, more energetic, thinner, toxin free, and trust me, you won’t even want to eat McDonald’s or any unhealthy food after the detox. You will have a whole new take on food and life in general. You will feel better about your self, and you will be a happier person.

So now you might ask “Ok, you gave us all this informative information, so what do we do next?” What you do next is You detox. A good detox that I personally like is the Master Cleanse Diet. On this diet you squeeze two fresh table spoons organic lemon’s into an eight ounce cup, mix that with 100% organic grade A or B Maple Dark syrup, and 1/4th of Cayenne pepper all in the glass along with eight ounces of warm water. You drink 3 cups a day. In the morning you drink a “salt water flush” which allows you to regulate your bowl movements. And at night you drink a laxative tea which does the same. You can get more information about the Master Cleanse Diet by purchasing The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs on amazon.com.

As well as going on the Master Cleanse Diet, I recommend that you try Avon Healthy Remedies Detox Patches. These patches remove toxins while you sleep. Just place them at the soles of your feet, go to sleep, and in the morning take them off and you can actually see all the toxins that were in your body. You are suppose to do it for a consecutive 4 days or until the patches are white. You can purchase these Detox patches from Avon.

And remember… Lose the Toxins, Lose the Weight, Feel GREAT!
